I didn’t receive my confirmation email.

Our automatic confirmation emails are sent to your Pay Pal email address. Make sure that you’ve checked that address for your login details before contacting us. Confirmation emails are sent immediately, so if you haven’t received one in an hour, be sure to email service@lineage2universe.com and let us know.

Are your guides mailed and is there a shipping charge?

All of our guides are electronic e-books that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. There is no shipping or handling charge.

When I try to open the document I get an error stating that Adobe Reader can’t decrypt the file.

Our guides use the latest features in Adobe Reader and require the latest version of the program to view them. All you need to correct this error is download the latest version of Adobe Reader which is a free download here.

Can I sell your guides on my web site?

You can sell our guides on your web site by following the affiliate section at the end of each guide or the provided affiliates.txt file. We’re currently offering a complete 100% commission for any guide sold by you as long as you follow the instructions.

Can I copy your guides?

Short answer: No. You may not email, copy, or display publicly any of our work. Doing so hurts our business, our authors, and is illegal. Any guide purchased is for your eyes only. It may not be re-sold or distributed. If you find someone illegally copying our work, please let us know about it.
